The thrust bearing has large load capacity, and the rubber-plastic composite lip-shaped
valve stem packing minimizes the switching torque;
The threaded valve stem packing gland allows the bearing and valve stem packing to be
replaced when the packing is under pressure;
A new type of closed groove sealing ring is used between the valve body and the valve
cover, connected by studs, with simple structure and reliable sealing;
The bearing seat is equipped with a lubricating oil nozzle to facilitate on-site filling of grease;
The surface of the gate plate and valve seat is sprayed (stacked) and welded with special
carbide to make them have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
A wave spring is installed between the valve body and the valve seat, and a wave spring
is installed between the gate plate and the valve seat. A good metal seal can be maintained
between the gate plate and the valve seat under low pressure;
The gate plate is fully floating, so the valve should rotate 1/4 turn after the opening and
closing operations are in place.
Note:
The valve is absolutely not allowed to be in a half-open and half-closed state under
pressure. This will cause great damage to the valve plate and greatly shorten the service life of the valve.
